Jan Pahor (born 10 June 1986, Slovenia) is a Slovenian footballer last under contract for Cypriot side Nea Salamis Famagusta FC since July 2010. He began his professional career at the age of 18 in the Slovenian side FC Koper. With FC Koper he won the Slovenian Football Cup trophy in 2006. In January 2009 the player joined the Romanian Liga I team FC Farul Constanţa. Now he plays for Nea Salamis Famagusta FC that will be soon promoted to the first Cypriot league.
